) has declared an all-time-high second quarter cash dividend of $0.105 per common share payable on May 2, 2005 to stockholders of record on April 8, 2005. This will be ABM's 156th consecutive quarterly cash dividend, and is $0.005 (5.0%) above the $0.100 per share quarterly dividend rate paid for the second quarter of 2004.
