) announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Sentinel Guard Systems from Tracerton Enterprises, Inc., a Los Angeles-based company, for $3.4 million in common stock. Additional consideration includes annual contingent payments, based on achieving certain revenue and profitability targets over a three-year period, estimated to be between $0.5 million to $0.75 million per year payable in shares of common stock.

With annual revenues in excess of $13.0 million, Sentinel is a provider of security officer services, primarily to high-rise, commercial and residential structures.
