ABM Industries Boosts Quarterly Dividend by 14%.

) today declared an all-time high quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per common share for payment on Feb. 5, 1997, to stockholders of record on Jan. 15, 1997.

This will be ABM's 124th consecutive quarterly cash dividend, and is 14% greater than the previous quarter's cash dividend of $0.0875 per share.

Just yesterday, ABM announced a 14% increase in annual earnings per share from $0.92 in 1995 to $1.05 for the fiscal year ended Oct. 31, 1996.
