) has announced the assets of Integra Service Corp. have been acquired by ABM Industries.

Integra Services Corp., a professional, commercial contract cleaning company, employs some 300 employees and services approximately 14 million square feet of office space in the Greater Des Moines area. "This acquisition is strategically significant as it will bring to Integra, its employees and customers the assets and benefits of a large nationwide company," stated Tim Neugent, president and CEO of Integra.

According to Bill Micheli, Senior Vice President for ABM Janitorial Services' Midwest Region headquartered in Chicago, Tim Neugent and his partners, Ron Brenizer and Dick Cox, will continue to manage and operate the business.
