:ABM), has announced the assets of Commercial Landscaping Services have been acquired by a wholly-owned subsidiary of ABM Industries.

Commercial Landscaping Services, a professional, commercial landscaping company with operations in the Carolinas and Tennessee provides landscaping maintenance, irrigation irrigation, in agriculture, artificial watering of the land. Although used chiefly in regions with annual rainfall of less than 20 in. (51 cm), it is also used in wetter areas to grow certain crops, e.g., rice.  and installation services to a broad base of customers. "Today we have finally made our entry into the landscaping maintenance market. We are delighted to have acquired a very successful company, and with the commitment of future employment for the management of Commercial Landscaping Systems, we are confident that this acquisition will be the beginning of ABM's penetration of the landscaping market," stated Mr. Steele.
