ABM Industries Acquires Initial Cleaning Services' Janitorial Operations in the Northeastern United States.

ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM) today announced the acquisition of substantially all of the commercial janitorial assets of the Northeast United States Division of Initial Contract Services, Inc., a provider of janitorial services throughout the Southeastern United States. The acquisition includes key accounts throughout the Northeast region totaling approximately 50 buildings and representing approximately $30 million in annual contract revenue.

The company was recently awarded the rare ISO 9001 Certification for its building maintenance operations at a prominent Manhattan office tower.
