) today declared a fourth quarter cash dividend of 12 cents per common share, payable on November 5, 1998 to stockholders of record on October 15, 1998.

This will be ABM's 130th consecutive quarterly cash dividend, and is the fourth such consecutive dividend of 12 cents per share Cents per share
