) today declared a fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.0875 per common share for payment on November 5, 1996 to stockholders of record on October 14, 1996.

This will be ABM's 122nd consecutive quarterly cash dividend, and is 17% greater than the fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.075 per share in 1995 (adjusted for ABM's 2-for-1 stock split on July 15, 1996).

Last week, ABM reported all-time high third quarter and nine month revenues, net income and earnings per share for the period ended July 31, 1996.
