) announced today that it has filed a registration statement for a proposed public offering of 1,500,000 shares of Common Stock with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

All 1,500,000 shares will be offered by the Company. The Company and one shareholder together have also granted to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 225,000 shares solely to cover over-allotments.
