Seher to the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective immediately. In addition, Mr. Seher will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Seher succeeds Donald W. Grinter who retired as Chairman of the Company. Mr. Grinter had been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ABC ABC in full American Broadcasting Co. Major U.S. television network.
