Stephen Richard (Steve) Wright (born August 26 1954 in Greenwich, London) is a radio broadcaster in the United Kingdom.
, a gay couple with an adopted African-American son, won a house on ABC's reality show Welcome to the Neighborhood. But their victory will never see airtime: The series, which featured seven "diverse" families competing to live in Texas's version of Grover's Comers, was yanked off ABC's schedule in June under threats of lawsuits by housing activists and complaints from media watchdogs. The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation decried the show's portrayals of intolerance in early episodes but never suggested the show be axed. Right-wing activists also complained that the show was unbalanced.
