ABC Sports Announcers to Appear Aug. 24, Meet Fans During ``ABC Primetime Preview Weekend'' At DISNEY'S CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE.

DISNEY'S CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE Disney's California Adventure is a theme park in Anaheim, California, adjacent to Disneyland Park and part of the larger Disneyland Resort. It opened on February 8, 2001. The park is owned and operated by The Walt Disney Company.  


WHAT:                More than 65 stars of new and returning ABC
                     primetime television series will appear in person
                     during "ABC Primetime Preview Weekend," Saturday
                     and Sunday, Aug. 24 and 25, at DISNEY'S
                     CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE park in Anaheim.

                     Highlights include ABC Star Q&A Showcases for ABC
                     shows, "Whose Line is it Anyway?" LIVE!, an
                     afternoon ABC Primetime Parade of Stars and media
                     interviews, scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
                     each day.

WHO:                 Jim Belushi ("According to Jim"), George Lopez
                    ("George Lopez Show") and the cast of "Whose Line
                     is it Anyway?" -- Drew Carey, Ryan Stiles,
                     Jeff Davis, Linda Taylor, Chip Esten and Colin
                     Mochrie -- will appear on both Saturday and
                     Sunday.

                     Saturday will feature appearances by "Less Than
                     Perfect" stars Sara Rue, Sherri Shepherd, Eric
                     Roberts, Zachary Levi, Andy Dick and Andrea
                     Parker; "8 Simple Rules" stars John Ritter, Katey
                     Sagal, Kaley Cuoco and Amy Davidson; from ABC
                     Sports Al Michaels, John Davidson, Michelle Kwan,
                     Dan Fouts and Melissa Stark; "Life With Bonnie"
                     stars Bonnie Hunt, Marianne Muellerleile, Anthony
                     Russell, Mark Derwin, Chris Barnes and Holly
                     Wortel; "The Drew Carey Show" stars Drew Carey,
                     Ryan Stiles, Diedrich Bader, Kathy Kinney and
                     Cynthia Watros; and "George Lopez Show" stars
                     George Lopez, Belita Moreno, Constance Marie and
                     Valente Rodriguez.

                     Sunday will feature appearances by "Alias" stars
                     Victor Garber, David Anders, Merrin Dungey, Ron
                     Rifkin, Kevin Weisman, Bradley Cooper and Carl
                     Lumbly; "According to Jim" stars Jim Belushi,
                     Courtney Thorne-Smith, Larry Joe Campbell and
                     Kimberly Williams; "The Practice" stars Dylan
                     McDermott, Jessica Capshaw, Kelli Williams and
                     Lisa Gay Hamilton; "MDs" stars William Fichtner,
                     Jane Lynch and Leslie Stefanson; "My Wife and
                     Kids" stars Damon Wayans and Tisha
                     Campbell-Martin; "That Was Then" stars James
                     Bulliard, Tyler Labine, Bess Armstrong, Brad
                     Raider, Kiele Sanchez, Tricia O'Kelley and
                     Jeffrey Tambor; and "NYPD Blue" stars Dennis
                     Franz, Gordon Clapp, Bill Brouchtrup, Jacqueline
                     Obradors, Mark-Paul Gosselarr, Charlotte Ross,
                     Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon and Esai Morales.

                     this event must RSVP in advance to Disneyland
                     Resort Press and Publicity, 714/781-4500.

                     From the 5 South: Exit Disneyland Drive.  Turn
                     right on Ball Road. Turn left on West Place
                    (first cross street after Disneyland Drive). Enter
                     the BCML Parking Lot.

                     From the 5 North: Exit Harbor Boulevard and turn
                     right, left on Ball Road. Cross Disneyland Drive
                     and take the next left, West Place, into the BCML
                     Parking Lot.

                     All Other Media

                     All Other Media may park free, for three hours or
                     less, in the DOWNTOWN DISNEY(R) District parking
                     lot on the west side of Disneyland Drive.

                     Or park in the Mickey & Friends parking structure
                    ($7 all day), directions below.

                     From the 5 South: Exit Disneyland Drive.  Follow
                     the signs to Theme Parks -- Mickey & Friends
                     parking lot. Park.  Take tram to Disneyland park
                     entrance.

                     From the 5 North: Exit Harbor Boulevard and turn
                     right, left on Ball Road, left on Disneyland
                     Drive.  Follow the signs to Theme Parks --
                     Mickey & Friends parking lot. Park.  Take tram to
                     Disneyland park entrance.
