ABC Names Chyron Graphics as Supplier of On-Air Graphics Systems.

Chyron Graphics, a division of Chyron Corporation (NYSE: CHY), announced that ABC has chosen Chyron as its supplier of on-air graphics systems for New York and Washington operations.

ABC selected the Chyron Duet(R) video platform and Chyron Aprisa(R) family of Digital Disk Recorders (DDR) and Stillstores as their primary graphical elements after a thorough evaluation on ABC Sports productions such as "Monday Night Football" and the Indy 500. The integration of Chyron Graphics systems into ABC on-air suites will begin immediately.
