 Inc. announced that the RF System for submetering has been expanded to include the polymer-case C700. Polymercase C700 positive displacement meters are available in the most popular sizes for submetering.

The C700 polymer-case meter is NSF--61 certified and complies with the lead-free requirements of California Proposition 65. The meter is also approved by the California Department of Weights and Measures weights and measures, units and standards for expressing the amount of some quantity, such as length, capacity, or weight; the science of measurement standards and methods is known as metrology.  for installation in the California submetering applications.

The inside RF transmitter incorporates a field-proven Federal Communications Commission Federal Communications Commission (FCC), independent executive agency of the U.S. government established in 1934 to regulate interstate and foreign communications in the public interest.  (FCC (1) (Federal Communications Commission, Washington, DC, www.fcc.gov) The U.S. government agency that regulates interstate and international communications including wire, cable, radio, TV and satellite. The FCC was created under the U.S. ) Certified transmitter into the register of the C700 positive displacement water meter, eliminating the need for any wiring between meter and transmitter. By eliminating transmitter wiring, the inside RF system reduces the cost of installing submetering systems and, perhaps more importantly, reduces property and resident disruption.

The inside RF frequency hopping spread spectrum transmitter operates in the 902-928 MHz (MegaHertZ) One million cycles per second. It is used to measure the transmission speed of electronic devices, including channels, buses and the computer's internal clock. A one-megahertz clock (1 MHz) means some number of bits (16, 32, 64, etc.  frequency range, with no license required. For error-free site setup, the meter and transmitter are factory-tested as a single unit and factory programming of site information is an option. Technicians can also program onsite. The inside RF transmitter incorporates an onsite replaceable battery and an accessible reset switch, and offers electronic tamper detection/reporting.
