"We believe this to be the largest single order for robotic systems outside the automotive industry," said Silas Nichols, president of ABB Flexible Automation Inc. - Manufacturing Industry and Robotics Group of New Berlin, Wis., the ABB unit that won the order. The systems are scheduled to be installed in postal processing and distribution centers and in airmail airmail, transport of mail by airplanes.
