ABB Joins Ivara's Implementation Partner Program; ABB to Provide Implementation Consulting Services for Ivara EXP Reliability Software.

BURLINGTON, Ontario -- Ivara Corporation, an industry leader and innovator in asset reliability solutions, today announced that ABB, a leader in power and automation technologies, has joined Ivara's Implementation Partner Program. Under the agreement, ABB will deliver Ivara EXP implementation consulting services through its North American Reliability Services practice, which supports its global network of customers.

In May 2005, ABB acquired the assets of HSB Reliability Technologies (HSBRT), an Ivara distribution partner. Recognizing the value that Ivara EXP reliability software would offer its customers, ABB is continuing this partnership and is now a qualified Ivara Implementation Partner.
