ABA Offers Online Training on 'Building Customer Relationships'.


"Building and Retaining Customer Relationships," a new course of interest to marketers and other bank managers is now available through ABAeLearning, the online training service for financial services professionals.

Currently, about 50 courses are available through ABAeLearning, which was launched last December.

The online training provides hands-on interactive elements such as simulations, course projects and tutor-graded exercises, and provides management tracking and reporting tools to monitor individual progress and course completion rates. ABAeLearning is self-paced so participants can train anywhere, at any time, using only a computer connected to the Internet.

Two other recently introduced courses include "Hiring the Best" and "Coaching for Success."

Bankers can view the full curriculum, take a free domonstration course and sign up online for courses on the ABAeLearning portal, www.abaelearning.com. Bankers can also enroll by calling (800) BANKERS.
