AAIPharma Set to Emerge From Chapter 11 After Court Confirms Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization.


WILMINGTON, N.C. -- AAIPharma Inc. (PINK SHEETS:AAIIQ) announced today that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court bankruptcy court n. the specialized Federal court in which bankruptcy matters under the Federal Bankruptcy Act are conducted. There are several bankruptcy courts in each state, and each one's territory covers several counties.  for the District of Delaware has confirmed the Company's Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization. The Company expects that the Plan, which received the overwhelming support of the Company's creditors that voted on the Plan, will become effective by early February 2006.
