Formerly known as the Graduate School of Management, the school was renamed in Spring 2005 to the Paul Merage School of Business, after receiving a generous donation by philanthropist, entrepreneur, and Chef America founder, Paul
 and USC's Marshall School of Business The Marshall School of Business (also known as USC Marshall School of Business) is the business school at the University of Southern California. It is the largest of USC's 17 professional schools. The current Dean is James G. Ellis.  to create a new teaching program for business leaders, including CPAs.

This program helps business executives develop teaching skills to prepare them for faculty positions within an AACSB-accredited business school.

The inaugural program runs Oct. 22-27 at UC Irvine Irvine, town, Scotland
Irvine (ûr`vĭn), town (1991 pop. 32,507), North Ayrshire, SW Scotland, on the Irvine River estuary. Industries include iron and brass foundries. Other products are chemicals, electric goods, and clothing.
