AAA Travel Taps 23 Suppliers as Preferred Partners for 2005-07.

 today announced the 23 tour companies, cruise lines and air consolidators selected as AAA Travel preferred suppliers for 2005 to 2007. Cunard Line and Insight Vacations join 21 continuing partners on the list, which was announced at the 2004 AAA Travel Conference in Bonita Springs, Fla.

"These nearly two dozen partners provide our travel agents with a wide range of top-notch vacation options for their clients," said Sandra Hughes, AAA Travel vice president. "AAA Travel has added two new partners to our preferred partner program to ensure we have the best options for our members and other clients.

"These partners offer a broad cross-section of travel options - from luxury cruises and grand international tours to discount air fares and budget-friendly weekend getaways. Just as important, these partners have passed our rigorous product and financial screening so that our clients can trust their travel plans," said Hughes.

AAA and the following travel industry companies have signed preferred partner agreements for 2005-07 (Note: '(1)' denotes new partner; '(2)' indicates 2003 Preferred Partner of the Year winner.):

Cruise Lines: Carnival Cruises, Celebrity Cruise Line, Cruise West, Crystal Cruises, Cunard Line(1), Delta Queen Steamboat Company, Princess Cruises, Radisson Seven Seas Cruises, Royal Caribbean International Royal Caribbean International (OSE: RCL NYSE: RCL) is a Norwegian-American cruise ship company based in Miami, Florida. It is a brand of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., with 21 ships in service and one more under construction. All the ships have names ending in "of the Seas.
