The company will be headquartered in Bernardsville, N.J. Christopher Wiedenmayer will serve as president and Vincent Donofrio as director of marketing. The new U.S. subsidiary will market a full line of high-quality artists' color pencils and black lead pencils, as well as a complete line of artist cases and portfolios, cutting and sharpening products.
