Ryan O'Neal Willis of Palmdale was arrested Wednesday night on suspicion of murdering Crystal Angelica Stahl, 28, of Palmdale. He was jailed at the Lancaster sheriff's station without bail. Stahl's body was found Jan. 6 in the back seat of the burning cab in the parking lot of the Whosoever who·so·ev·er pron.
