A.V. MAN ARRESTED IN 'FLASHING' CASES.

LANCASTER Lancaster, city, England
Lancaster (lăng`kəstər), city (1991 pop. 43,902) and district, county seat of Lancashire, NW England, on the Lune River.
 - A Lancaster man was arrested on suspicion of exposing himself to at least three women at Lancaster City Park and on city streets in separate incidents in November November: see month.  and December.

``He would catch women sitting in the park or if they were running; he would run up alongside them, spin them around and expose himself,'' Detective Randall Prestwich said. ``Based on information we have, he was really active so we believe there may be many more victims.''

The Lancaster man, whose name was withheld to avoid prejudicing potential witnesses, was arrested Jan. 4 in Mammoth mammoth, name for several large prehistoric elephants of the extinct genus Mammuthus, which ranged over Eurasia and North America in the Pleistocene epoch.  Lakes after his description was broadcast to police agencies.

Detectives said he was identified by three victims and is being investigated in other indecent-exposure cases.

``When these type of people start touching, they become real dangerous,'' Prestwich said. ``It's the nature of the offense.''

Investigators said they would like to talk to anyone who came in contact with the man, described only as a Latino male, in the areas of 25th Street West and Avenue K-8, 30th Street West and Avenue J-9, or the Lancaster City Park.
