A.V. DROWNING VICTIM FOUND NEAR POINT MUGU.

The body of a Lancaster man who drowned Oct. 6 when a fishing boat capsized in storm swells off the Oxnard coast was found near Point Mugu on Friday morning.

A spokesman for the Ventura County Coroner's Office said the body of Richard Eugene Moulb, 27, was found on the beach at 11:25 a.m. by a civilian employee of the Point Mugu Missile Test Center.
