:BB-AGPF) (the Company) reports that the sales revenue of its' wholly-owned subsidiary A Buck-a-Day Company, for the three months ended November 30, 2000, was $2 million. This amount represents a 25% increase over the combined revenues of $1.6 million in the first eight months of operation. More significantly, the average monthly sales for the three month period, representing the last quarter of the Company's fiscal year ending November 30, 2000, increased by 300% when compared to the average monthly sales in each month of the first 3 quarters of the Company fiscal year to August 31, 2000.

The Company is also pleased to report that the rate of financing approvals rose from 10% to 35% in the last quarter of its fiscal year ended November 30,2000. In the first two months of "Buck-A-Day's" new fiscal year, commencing December 1, 2000, realized revenues were $1.8 million. As a result of its media campaign and a heightened awareness of its successful business model, the Company is now positioned to advance negotiations with new consumer product suppliers, the objective being the expansion of the customer base and revenue.
