:AGPF AGPF Anchored Geodesic Packet Forwarding ) (the Company) reports that the filing of the 10K report for the year ending November 30, 2000, due on February 28, 2001 has been delayed as a result of the 100% acquisition of the Buck-a-Day Company in early December, 2000.

Unfortunately the complexity of the financial statements being prepared by independent auditors Independent Auditor

An external auditor with a certified public accounting designation that qualifies him or her to provide an auditor's report.

These auditors aren't affiliated with the company being audited.
 for the Buck-a-Day Company, in conjunction with A.R.T. International Inc.'s auditors, in the preparation of audited consolidated financial disclosures which are also required for the Annual General and Special meeting of the shareholders scheduled for April 18,2000 has resulted in the delay in the timely filing of the 10K report.

The Company expects to file the 10K report by early next week.
