A.M. Best Will Discuss Hurricane Ike, AIG Rating, and the Impact of Recent Events on the P/C Market at 9 a.m., Wed., September 24.


OLDWICK, N.J. -- Leaders of A.M. Best's insurance ratings team will address a variety of important property/casualty market issues in an online briefing set for Wednesday, September 24 at 9 a.m. Eastern time. Participation in the webinar is free and requires registration.

A.M. Best rating officers plan to discuss A.M. Best's perspective on several issues, including:

* The current state of the U.S. and global insurance property/casualty markets in the light of recent important market events.

* The impact of recent hurricane activity with a special emphasis on developments following Hurricane Ike.
