A.M. Best Releases Its 14th Insurance Law Podcast.


OLDWICK, N.J. -- A.M. Best Co. has released the 14th installment of the Insurance Law Podcast, a podcast series that examines timely insurance issues from an attorney's CERTIFICATE, ATTORNEY'S, Practice, English law. By statute 37 Geo. III., c. 90, s. 26, 28, attorneys are required to deliver to the commissioners of stamp duties, a paper or note in writing, containing the name and usual place of residence of such person, and thereupon, on paying certain  point of view.

The 14th episode features attorneys Jeff Eden and Lloyd Bernstein from the law firm of Bullivant Houser Bailey PC in Portland, Oregon. Eden and Bernstein discuss a Supreme Court ruling in a medical malpractice Improper, unskilled, or negligent treatment of a patient by a physician, dentist, nurse, pharmacist, or other health care professional.  case and the impact on tort tort, in law, the violation of some duty clearly set by law, not by a specific agreement between two parties, as in breach of contract. When such a duty is breached, the injured party has the right to institute suit for compensatory damages.  cap protections for public entities.
