A.M. Best Places Rating of Temple Insurance Company Under Review.


OLDWICK, N.J. -- A.M. Best Co. has placed the financial strength rating of A (Excellent) of Temple Insurance Company (Temple) (Toronto) under review with negative implications, in line with Muenchener Rueckversicherungs-Gesellschaft (Munich Re Munich Re AG, in German Münchener Rück AG (ISIN: DE0008430026), is the world's second largest reinsurance company with over 5,000 customers in 160 countries and has its headquarters in Munich, Germany. ) (Germany), following the announcement that Munich Re was reviewing the reserve position of its U.S. subsidiary, American Re Corporation Group (Wilmington, DE).
