A.M. Best Assigns Indicative Rating to Subordinated Notes Debt to be issued by Groupama S.A.


OLDWICK, N.J. -- A.M. Best Co. has assigned an indicative rating of "bbb+" to the forthcoming perpetual PERPETUAL. That which is to last without limitation as to time; as, a perpetual statute, which is one without limit as to time, although not expressed to be so.  subordinated notes to be issued by Groupama S.A. ('Groupama') (France). The rating outlook is stable. All existing ratings of Groupama remain unchanged.
