The rating outlook change applies to Direct General Insurance Group, consisting of the consolidation of Direct General Insurance Company (Aiken, SC) and its wholly-owned and separately rated subsidiary Direct General Insurance Company of Mississippi (Jackson, MS) and Direct Insurance Company (Nashville, TN). Concurrently, the financial strength rating of Direct General Insurance Company of Louisiana CODE, OF LOUISIANA.
