OLDWICK, N.J. -- A.M. Best Co. has affirmed the financial strength rating of A (Excellent) of ING Comercial America (ING CA) and its wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.
