WARRENVILLE, Ill. -- Andrew J. (A.J.) Cederoth, 44, has served as senior vice president, corporate finance and principal financial officer for Navistar since last June following the death of Navistar's former CFO See Chief Financial Officer.  Terry M. Endsley.

Prior to being named principal financial officer, Cederoth had served for three years as vice president of finance and chief financial officer of Navistar's engine group and four years as vice president, treasurer and principal financial officer of Navistar Financial Corporation, the financial services subsidiary of Navistar.
