A.I.R. Forms-Review Seminar Will Feature Mayoral Candidate Steve Soboroff.

Steve Soboroff Steve Soboroff (born August 31, 1948) is a real estate developer and president of Playa Vista. Mr. Soboroff is the Chairperson of the Leavey Center for the Study of Los Angeles at Loyola Marymount University. , senior adviser to Mayor Richard Riordan Richard J. Riordan (born May 1, 1930) is a Republican politician from California, U.S. who served as the California Secretary of Education from 2003–2005 and as Mayor of Los Angeles from 1993–2001. Riordan ran for Governor of California unsuccessfully in 2002.  and a 2001 mayoral candidate, will be the keynote speaker during a day-long conference in Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850. , Oct. 20, featuring a comprehensive overview of up-to-the- minute versions of contract forms and addenda published by the American Industrial Real Estate Association (A.I.R.), considered the industry standard.

The conference will be held at the Hotel Inter-Continental Los Angeles, 251 S. Olive St. The event begins at 7:30 a.m. with registration and continental breakfast and continues until 4:30 p.m.

Some of Southern California's leading real estate attorneys and professionals will headline the conference. Topics of discussion include leasing forms and addenda, agency agreements, and purchasing forms and addenda.
