Oral arguments on the Delaware case involving invalidity of four AERT patents by Mobil Oil were presented by both sides before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals on Jan. 10, 1996, and the Appeals Court has the case currently pending before it. In the recently issued Order by United States District Judge Joseph J.
