Manufacturing Co. agreed to pay $100 million, pending final approval of the U.S. District Court in Peoria, Ill. The agreement brings to $531 million the amount plaintiffs have agreed to pay to settle the lawsuit, which claims the companies conspired to fix the price of high fructose corn syrup.
