The Bank has suspended funding pending a five day cure period for the overdraft amount. As a result, the Registrant is not able without unreasonable effort or expense to file its Form 10-KSB on or prior to the prescribed filing date of March 30, 2001 and therefore seeks relief pursuant to Rule 12b-25.
