Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

MyAonAssist will help Aon's clients streamline their benefits management by automating human capital-related tasks and extending self-service capabilities to employees. Users of MyAonAssist will also have access to Benergy's Ready...Enroll[TM] module, an integrated enrollment system that educates employees about insurance products and allows them to enroll in minutes. MyAonAssist will become a featured component of Aon's Innovative Services Package, which includes a variety of value-added services A value-added service (VAS) is a telecommunications industry term for non-core services or, in short, all services beyond standard voice calls and fax transmissions.  for employers, such as a call center, surveys, communications, benchmarking, data analysis, claims reporting, Form 5500 preparation, health and welfare compliance review and other human capital resources.
