A.D. TECH to delist its "ADTCW" warrants.

) announced today that it will delist its common stock purchase warrants (the "Warrants") from NASDAQ and the Boston Stock Exchange The Boston Stock Exchange (BSE) is a regional stock exchange located in Boston, Massachusetts. "It has been extremely successful, with substantially all the warrants having been exercised. For this reason, we intend to delist the remaining warrants that were originally issued in A.D. TECH's initial public offering," said Walters.
