A.D. TECH reported that in exchange for Media Group's advertising support, Media Group will have product exclusivity, subject to specific yearly minimums, to distribute A.D. TECH's retail consumer product, ACCU-CRISP Microwave Browning & Crisping Bags, in the the United States. Media Group Inc., headquartered in Stamford, Conn., is a leading producer of direct response promotions and has an excellent track record in bringing products to retail.

The fuse susceptor is the "secret ingredient" in ACCU-CRISP bags, which improve cooking performance and reduce possible charring of microwave packaging, while also enabling the cooking of many previously non-microwaveable foods in a microwave oven.
