) today announced that it recorded record sales in excess of $1.2 million for the month of August, as strong demand continued across all product lines.

Equally important, the company was profitable for the month of August.

The company also said that it expects third-quarter 1995 revenues to be up approximately 20 percent, compared with last year's record-high third-quarter revenues of $2.2 million.

For the six-month period ending June 30, 1995, revenues increased 44 percent to $3,959,000, compared with revenues of $2,752,000 during the same period last year.

A.D. TECH further announced that it now is negotiating with a number of domestic and overseas companies who wish to license A.D. TECH's patented microwave food packaging technology.
