A.D. TECH reports record sales in excess of $1.2 million, and profitability, for month of August; Third-quarter revenues expected to increase approximately 20 percent.

TAUNTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 26, 1995--A.D. TECH Inc. (NASDAQ: ADTC) today announced that it recorded record sales in excess of $1.2 million for the month of August, as strong demand continued across all product lines.

Equally important, the company was profitable for the month of August.

The company also said that it expects third-quarter 1995 revenues to be up approximately 20 percent, compared with last year's record-high third-quarter revenues of $2.2 million.

For the six-month period ending June 30, 1995, revenues increased 44 percent to $3,959,000, compared with revenues of $2,752,000 during the same period last year.

A.D. TECH further announced that it now is negotiating with a number of domestic and overseas companies who wish to license A.D. TECH's patented microwave food packaging technology.

A.D. TECH is the technology leader in developing and manufacturing high-resolution, patterned, vacuum-metallized coatings for a variety of energy-management applications -- including microwave food packaging, authentification holograms, electronic article surveillance tags, electrostatic discharge materials, microwave sterilization devices, retroflective films and solar protective films -- using the company's proprietary Pattern Metallization Printing ("PMP") process.
