) today reported that revenues for the year ending Dec. 31, 1995 increased 51 percent to $9,541,000, compared with revenues of $6,314,000 during 1994.

The company also reported a net profit for the year ended Dec. 31, 1995 of $6,000, or $0.00 per share, compared with a net loss of ($1,809,000), or a net loss of ($0.59) per share in 1994.

Revenues for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 1995 increased 106 percent to $2,751,000, compared with revenues of $1,338,000 in the previous year's fourth quarter. The company also reported fourth-quarter net income of $364,000 or net income of $0.12 per share, compared with a net loss of ($1,326,000), or a net loss of ($0.43) per share, for the previous year's fourth quarter. A significant portion of the fourth-quarter increase in both revenues and profits was due to a transaction consisting of cost-recovery billings to Printpack Inc. These billings will not occur in the future.
