) reported sales of $89.7 million for the third quarter ended September 30, 2002, an increase of 18% over sales of $76.2 million during the third quarter of 2001. Comparable store sales increased by 4%, at the upper end of the Company's forecast.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2002, sales were $258.4 million, an increase of 23% over sales of $209.8 million in the first nine months of 2001. Comparable store sales grew 9% for the period.
