) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has approved a two-for-one stock split to be paid on July 31, 2002, to shareholders of record as of July 15, 2002. As a result of the split, the number of outstanding shares of common stock will increase from approximately 9.4 million to approximately 18.7 million.
