) announced that the terms of the company's 1,150,000 outstanding redeemable warrants have been adjusted for a period through June 12, 1996, unless extended by the company's board of directors.

During this "Special Exercise Period," each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share of A. D. TECH's common stock at an exercise price of $5.00 per share and to receive a Class B redeemable common stock purchase warrant for no additional consideration. The Class B warrants will entitle the holder to purchase one share of A. D. TECH common stock at an exercise price of $5.00 per share through May 12, 1998. After the Special Exercise Period, two warrants will once again entitle the holder to purchase one share of A. D. TECH common stock at $5.00 per share.
