A. Celli has experienced in the past five years a constant growth for its sales and its organization. A. Celli is today divided into three main business units--nonwovens, paper and service, which have all been growing steadily.

Sales for 2001 reached 30 million Euro and are expected to reach 35 million Euro in 2002. Current figures indicate an average growth rate of 15% for sales each year with a parallel growth in work force and service organization, but expected figures for the next three years indicate 18-20% growth.

Today, A. Celli can count on four representative and service offices:

A. Celli International Inc., founded in 1993, is located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and run by Domenico Cecchini (president), serving the North American market.

Recently the new A. Celli Latin America office has been founded and located in Guadalajara, Mexico. Its representation has been given to Fernando Martinez, while A. Celli South America, located in Sao Paulo, Brazil and run by Clovis Eduardo Cimino, has been in operation for more than two years.

In China, A. Celli's Shanghai representative office is led by Chang Chun (Calvin) Liu, who gained extensive knowledge of the Chinese nonwovens and paper markets by working as plant director in a large paper manufacturing group for many years.

A. Celli is now planning its expansion through a three-year program. The first step, which was competed last year, was the acquisition of a new production facility in Tempagnano, Lucca, just five kilometers from the company headquarters. The new facility has a new covered surface of more than 10,000 square meters including the new offices, and its total restructuring is due to be completed by the end of this year.

Several new important projects in the nonwovens and paper markets have been recently acquired by A. Celli with the largest producers in the world confirming a stable expected company growth rate of 18% for the next three years.

A. Celli expanded its technical services in the U.S. by basing Francesco Alberti, electronic/software engineer, directly hired from the Italian headquarters, at its Florida customer service center. Mr. Alberti relocated to A. Celli International Inc. in Fort Lauderdale in March 2002.

"By next year, two more electrical and mechanical technicians are expected to be hired by A. Celli International," said Mr. Cecchini. In September, the company also started a new service, which allows ACI to electronically track client orders. A. Celli plans to begin offering electronic service calls to its customers. With this new system, A. Celli engineers will be able to test and service machines via computers instead of depending entirely on plant visits. "A.
