A. & E. Capital Funding Completes a Capital Reorganization and a Name Change.


TORONTO -- A. & E. Capital Funding Inc. (the "Company") announces the completion of a reorganization of the Company's share capital and a name change to E & E Capital Funding Inc. (TSX TSX Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE before April, 2002)

Pursuant to a Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders of the Company on May 31, 2005 and with the acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange TSX Venture Exchange

Originally called the Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX), this was a result of the merger of the Vancouver and Alberta stock exchanges. The goal of TSX Venture Exchange is to provide venture companies with effective access to capital while protecting investors.
, the Company has amended its Articles to:

(i) create a new class of shares to be designated as common shares;

Effective at the opening October 18, 2005, the common shares of E & E Capital Funding Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "AEF" and the multiple voting shares and subordinate voting shares of the Company will be delisted.

Upon completion of the reorganization, the capitalization of the Company will be 679,854 issued and outstanding common shares.

The Company also announces that, effective immediately, Equity Transfer Services Inc. will act as the Company's registrar and transfer agent.
