I still remember the first moment I saw the chiselled cheekbones of Morten Harket and friends Magne Furuholmen Magne Furuholmen (Mags) (born November 1, 1962, Oslo), is best known as the guitarist/keyboardist in a-ha. He was born to father Kåre and mother Annelise. He has one sister, Line, and two half brothers, Thorstein and Trygve Christian. and Paul Waaktaar as they ran through a cartoon video to 'Take On Me', but would this last time be as memorable? It may be two decades later but the high-pitched, distinctive vocals and striking Norwegian looks are amazingly untouched by time. Opening with The Sun Always Shines On TV, the trio kicked off an epic of a show with a surprisingly lengthy back catalogue back catalogue Noun a musician's previous recordings, as opposed to their current recordings . Huge video screens displayed gushing gush v. gushed, gush·ing, gush·es v.intr. 1. To flow forth suddenly in great volume: water gushing from a hydrant. 2. streams, moving clouds and the like, adding an atmospheric background to Harket's haunting voice. It was to A-ha's credit that the '80s hits did not grab all the attention of the audience with more recent tracks standing strong. But there was never any doubt the final song would be their iconic i·con·ic adj. 1. Of, relating to, or having the character of an icon. 2. Having a conventional formulaic style.
