A view from the East.


I read with great interest the article by Vincent Gragnani ("West meets East," February February: see month. ). I congratulate Gragnani and the U.S. CATHOLIC editorial staff for a well-written and very positive approach to the Eastern churches.

The article had a lot of information and a great balance. May it open more people to a better understanding of the diversity within Catholicism and more ecumenical relations with our brothers and sisters in the Orthodox orthodox,
