A thoughtful look at abortion.Ziba Kashef's thoughtful and respectful portrayal of Coral Lopez in "Her Body, Her Choice?" (Colorlines Winter 2005-2006) was a breath of fresh air. Through Coral's voice, Kashef offered readers an honest, compelling and informative article about a woman's personal experience with pregnancy and abortion. [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED] It is stories like these that expose the disconnect disconnect - SCSI reconnect between the lives of real women and men who experience abortion and the rhetoric that often clouds the debate.
